In a distinguished technical and management career spanning almost 35 years, John Haley has touched all the bases, from programming through project management and international operations, to executive management and CIO responsibility in a global environment.
Currently President of The Circumference Group, an investment and advisory group specializing in IT and telecommunications, he has also served at multiple levels during 27 years of service at Systematics / Alltel / FIS, now the largest provider of banking IT services in the world.
John is an Arkansas native, born in Fayetteville, and a graduate of Hall High School. After an undergraduate degree from Washington University in St. Louis and an MBA from UC Berkeley, his entire career has been with Arkansas‐based companies. John is an active member of the board of the Center for the Commercialization of Innovation at UALR.
