Louise Miller is originally a Chemical Engineer and has a long career as an industrial psychologist. She holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Arkansas and both MS and PhD degrees in Psychology from Memphis State University. She was the SVP of Human Resources for Systematics in the 1980’s which included both traditional HR and a large Training Department.

Louise’s primary areas of service interest have been centered on both public and professional education and now continuing education for retired folks. Throughout most of her life, and while she worked full‐time, Louise focused on the development of professional groups in both psychology and human resources including the Arkansas Human Resources Association and the Industrial/Organizational arm of the American Psychological Association.

For the past several years she has been very involved with LifeQuest of Arkansas as Chair of the Program Committee and Board of Directors member. Her first involvement with LifeQuest was a program called The Third Age Master Leadership Training which developed leadership skills among a core group who then provided training for officers of other nonprofits.
